Bethany G. Arnold

Family law issues, by their very nature, can be stressful for all parties involved—physically, emotionally and financially. With few exceptions, people seeking the services of our firm are facing a situation that will ultimately change their lives forever. As an associate attorney with experience in complex divorce and child custody cases, Bethany Arnold offers clients a rare combination of expert guidance and human compassion. She has worked on private cases, as well as those involving the Department of Family and Protective Services.

In every case, Beth is a tireless advocate for her clients, working to achieve a positive and equitable resolution, even in the most complicated situations. When clients are confused, she clears through the legalese; when they feel overwhelmed, she provides the professional support and assurances they need to move forward. She is there for them, every step of the way.

A native Houstonian, Beth earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston. After graduating, she worked for two years as a political consultant in the Houston area before returning to the University of Houston Law Center. Beth received her Doctor of Jurisprudence and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas.

While attending law school, Beth clerked at Connolly & Shireman, LLP, under the valuable tutelage of the firm’s partners. In addition, she volunteered with Big Brothers and Big Sisters and served as an officer for the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund.
